FAQs - Xero

When you create a contact in Xero, this can be a customer, supplier, or both. However, initially, it will be neither. In order to map them to their Breww counterpart, you'll need Xero to know it's a customer/supplier.
- To make the contact a customer, you can create an invoice in Xero, then delete it.
- To make the contact a supplier, you can create a bill in Xero, then delete it.

Xero, as an accountancy software, has a unique concept of products, and these can be mapped to your products in Breww. If you want to use this, you will need to have each product set up in Xero first. Once your product is set up in Xero, you will need to copy the product SKU from Xero, go to the relevant product in Breww, select Edit, and under the header "Accountancy integration options" enter the Accountancy product SKU. Once this is done, the product in Breww and the product in Xero will now be mapped.
