The trade store is charged at a flat rate of 1% on all sales, but there is no charge for cancelled or deleted orders. You may incur the charge temporarily if your monthly bill has already been calculated prior to the order cancellation. In such cases, the amount will automatically be deducted from your next bill total.

Yes, you can! Custom categories are created from Drinks and product tags. Our guide on Drink and product tags will show where these can be created. Once created, they will be displayed on your Trade Store as in this screenshot, where a tag of "New" has been created and applied to products.
