Why is Breww refusing to accept a valid UK postcode?

Breww verifies all UK postcodes with Royal Mail to ensure our vehicle routing functionality can give you the most optimal routes possible. Usually, if Breww rejects a postcode, it is because Royal Mail has terminated it and replaced it. Royal Mail has a useful postcode lookup tool here, which should give you the current correct postcode for any customer address.

You might be surprised by how many customers unknowingly use incorrect postcodes. We fully appreciate that this level of validation may at times be annoying when you "just want to add the address", but in the long run ensuring that the data entered is valid offers significant benefits to you in what Breww can do with regards to plotting customers on maps and saving you time & fuel on delivery runs.

Accurate address data quite literally helps save the planet 🌳 Find out more about Breww's commitment to the planet.

Why is my courier delivery collection date the day after requested/scheduled?

This most commonly occurs with APC, but other couriers may be affected. When the courier company processes your consignment request, they check if the collection address in Breww is exactly the same as your business address as entered with them. If so, they can collect it on the same day. If the collection address is different, they presume the collection is from a third party and delay it to the following day.

As in the screenshot below, in the Couriers section of Breww, you can override your Breww collection address to exactly match the one entered without your courier. All spaces must match, and it is case-sensitive.
