At Breww, we’re committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers, and we’re always eager to hear if there’s anything we can do to improve your time with us. However, if you’ve decided to cancel your subscription, we want to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible.

This guide will walk you through the steps to cancel your subscription, explain what happens to your data after cancellation, and highlight any important considerations before proceeding. What happens to my data if I cancel my Breww subscription?

Once you cancel, your data will be automatically deleted after a short grace period, allowing time in case you change your mind. If you’d prefer for your data to be deleted immediately, please reach out via a support ticket before cancellation, and our team will ensure this is done for you.

If you need to retain any data, we recommend exporting bulk data using Breww’s Raw data explorers or generating relevant reports from the Reporting section before cancelling.

What do I have to pay?

Once your subscription is cancelled, you won’t receive any further bills. As long as all outstanding invoices have been settled, there will be nothing further to pay.

How do I cancel my Breww subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to SettingsBilling.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  3. Click the option to Cancel your subscription and leave Breww?

Once you cancel your subscription, you will be able to use Breww as normal until the date you have already paid for; after that point, you will lose access to the brewery account.
