Logging lead activity & adding tasks to a lead in Breww

Logging lead activity

On any lead in your pipeline, you can access additional information and functions by selecting View details on their tile, which will open a sidebar.

From the sidebar, you can access several quick actions, such as adding general comments and assigning or changing the salesperson. You can also log lead activity, such as outbound calls, emails, etc., using the Log activity button.

You can now enter the activity type, date, time, and any notes. The activity will be logged the same way as activities logged against a customer and will be visible on the account page for that lead and in the sidebar when selecting that lead from the leads dashboard.

You can also select View on the sidebar, bringing up the lead account page. This will look very similar to a customer account page, where you can view all details surrounding the lead, record activities, set tasks, and add or view details.

Adding tasks to a lead

You can also add a task to a lead via the sidebar; this is handy if you need to create a reminder to call the lead, for example. This will then show in the main Tasks section of Breww.
