Issues assigning cask/keg stock

3min
why can't i assign my container to my delivery, it's full but not showing in the list if you're trying to assign a cask or keg to a delivery, but it's being refused by the barcode scanning app or not showing in the list of options in the web interface, here's what to look for is the container filled? is it filled with the correct beer? is the product that it's assigned to the same as the product on the order? is it already assigned to a different order/delivery? is it part of a pallet? is it located at the same site from which the delivery is due for fulfillment? viewing a tracked container if you go to containers > view > view all containers , then search for the cask/keg number, you'll be able to see all these details for the container in question screenshot 2021 09 14 at 9 26 39 am|690x331 stock on pallets if it's part of a pallet, it will need to be assigned as a whole pallet (if the order needs at least a whole pallet of stock) alternatively, the pallet will need to be disassembled first so that individual components from it can be allocated to deliveries this can be done easily with this button on the delivery page if you go to the product page and then click on the "stock breakdown" tab, you'll be able to see all the stock and which pallets they're assigned to in practice, however, when taking the stock, there should be a pallet label on any palletised stock that will show you the pallet code to disassemble so you can assign some of its stock to a delivery
