this occurs when a product on an order, previously synced into breww from an ecommerce platform, is deleted in the ecommerce platform whilst the order is in a status of draft or confirmed in breww this will happen because breww pulls updates to orders, and when a product is deleted, the product ids in the background are no longer mapped if there is no id, then breww does not know which product to use when pulling this update, so in this scenario, breww hasn't any choice but to add this as an adjustment line on the order if this occurs, then there would be no product stock used in breww this means you would need to either ensure you add a manual adjustment to your duty return to account for the duty that should have been incurred on the product, and then stock adjust out the stock to ensure it is depleted, or you could manually create an order in breww to the ecommerce customer at zero value dispatching this would account for the reduction in stock and the duty; you could also add a note referring to the original order my website security has blocked breww with a captcha in some cases, self hosted websites (such as woocommerce) have misconfigured captcha software that can block breww's access if breww detects this, you'll be shown a message in your integration settings, and the integration will stop working completely to resolve this, in the first instance, we recommend disabling this software from acting in front of your api apis are intended to be accessed by computers (like breww's servers) rather than humans captcha stands for " completely automated public turing test to tell computers and humans apart ", and the whole purpose of a captcha is to ensure a website is accessed by humans only it therefore doesn't make sense to "protect" an api with a captcha if you're unable to disable the captcha for your api only, you may be able to add breww's ip addresses to a list of addresses that bypass the captcha our ip addresses may change from time to time, so this might involve some ongoing maintenance on your part currently, our systems will access external apis from the following ip addresses 195 97 210 36 185 38 104 52 in the case of woocommerce connections, breww will also always present the user agent of " breww woocommerce integration " depending on how your captcha works, you may be able to allow this user agent to bypass the captcha process
