Why has my website, POS or marketplace order not downloaded/imported into Breww?

Website/POS orders are not automatically being delivered in Breww when fulfilled on the external platform

Breww can import your orders from a number of external sales platforms, including Shopify & WooCommerce. We recommend, whenever possible, that you manage these deliveries directly within Breww, rather than on the external platform.

If you mark the delivery for an imported order as complete in Breww, then we'll push this back to the external platform to save you time and keep everything in sync. However, if for some reason managing these in Breww isn't right for you, we will attempt to replicate changes made externally back to Breww.

There are sometimes reasons why we can't replicate the delivery status back to Breww (which is one of the main reasons why we suggest managing within Breww).

When an order doesnโ€™t get updated in Breww when it has been fulfilled in the external platform, this is usually because thereโ€™s not enough stock available in Breww to complete the delivery. If this happens, please check the order and ensure you have the required stock in Breww.

If the stock wasnโ€™t available at the time the order was updated externally, then youโ€™ll need to ensure Breww knows the stock is available now and complete them manually.

It's also possible with most integrations to customise how we replicate these changes. If changes are not being replicated as you would expect, this option is worth checking in your integration settings.

Products missing from my ecommerce mapping tool

When attempting to map any products from an ecommerce/POS platform supported by Breww๏ปฟ to your products in Breww, you may find there are products from your sales platform that are missing from that list, you will need to check whether they are active/enabled in your sales platform.

The exact term used by your sales platform may vary from active or enabled depending on the platform you are using, but so long as the product is in a status that represents active and is not deleted, disabled, obsolete, archived, draft, etc., then it should appear in the product mapping tool.

If a product has been deleted from your e-commerce or POS platform, and cannot be made active, please contact our support team via a ticket.

What Happens if the E-commerce Integration is Temporarily Disconnected

If your e-commerce integration is temporarily disconnectedโ€”whether due to permission changes or unexpected downtime on your e-commerce platformโ€”Breww will not be able to import orders during this period.

In most cases, once the integration is reconnected, orders will automatically sync with Breww. However, this may not happen immediately, as Breww typically performs a daily check for missed orders.

If you notice missing orders after reconnecting and you need to import them sooner:

  1. Go to Integrations > Ecommerce & POS.
  2. Find the relevant platform.
  3. Click Actions.
  4. Select Force download missing orders, and enter the date for the tool to look back to.
