When logging customer activity in Breww, such as customer calls, you can choose from Breww’s default activity types. However, it is also possible to create your own, allowing you to log your customer activity accurately.

System activity types

  • Call
  • Email
  • Meeting
  • Note
  • Training

How to create your own activity types

To create your own CRM activity type, head to Customers -> Settings & tools -> CRM activity types -> Add activity type.

You will then be able to enter the name of your activity type and whether you would like it to appear in the CRM report.
